Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically & Internationally

Our domestic and international order cut off time will be 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Toronto). 

Our domestic and international shipments are in transit for 3 – 9 days (Monday to Friday). 

Our domestic and international order handling time for 2-3 days (Monday to Friday).

PO Boxes

We are able to ship to PO Box address by USPS and courier service.

 

 

Change of Delivery Address & Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you want to  change your delivery address then let us know by email  your right delivery address and if find a parcel is damaged in-transit, then please reject the parcel from the courier and let us know by email at

Return

COZY BOHO will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Must be the item returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused. The return shipping cost will not be paid by the customer. So at the customer side no any return shipping cost. After return the products then let us know by email at
